HEADROOM Broadcast provides solutions to network operators and broadcast organizations. Other customers are service providers and system integrators in the business TV and video surveillance market. We design systems for analogue and digital video and audio signals and develop advantageous solutions in special areas.

The key element of Headroom success is the close partnership with our customers. Such co-operation often results in unique devices, better than those you may currently find on the world market. New solutions support our customers in their intention to increase the availability of their networks, to migrate to new standards and applications and to extend the use of existing infrastructure by new services. Here, we provide a range of interface adapters and other equipment closing the gap between old and new techniques.

HEADROOM Broadcast has been founded under the name of HEADROOM Videotechnik in 1996.

Founder

Klaus Feige starts at Wandel & Goltermann (Acterna) as a development engineer. After 5 years system design with KRONE und BOSCH, he introduced the video and audio codecs of RE Technology into Germany (later barconet, Scientific Atlanta). In 1992 he co-foundet BEROLAB but set up his own company HEADROOM 4 years later.

He holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in telecommunications of the Technical University of Berlin.
